Pathfinders Church believes in six core values.  Those core values are (1) community (2) cooperation (3) compassion (4) creativity (5) change (6) character.  All six of our core values are learned and practiced in our community groups so that we can live by them everyday of our lives.

 

 

Our community groups are a place where individuals can come together in a small group atmosphere to find safety and encouragement to help us live for God.  Our community groups meet on the fourth week of each month.  Our community groups have the freedom to meet on any day, at any time, and at any location.  Usually the location is a person's home and on the weekend, but the structure of our community groups is to meet the needs of the member individuals so whatever is best for those individuals is what dictates the other factors of location and time.

 

Typically in our community groups the attending individuals will share a meal together, share a short bible study, pray together, and most importantly just spend time together.  The goal is to build trusting and lasting relationships with each other so that individuals can have a safe place to share all your victories and defeats.  This is a place for sharing our struggles without having to worry about it getting spread all over Hampton Roads.  Our community groups are a place where individuals can find encouragement so that they can live for God in their families and work environments throughout the week.
